If you’re looking for substitutes or variations, feel free to swap out the canola oil for another neutral oil, like vegetable or sunflower oil. For those with almond allergies, sunflower seeds could be a fun alternative to the almonds, adding a nutty crunch without the allergens. Sourcing quality ingredients, especially fresh eggs and high-grade almonds, can really enhance the flavor profile of the bars.
