If you’re looking to spice up dessert with a touch of indulgence, the Apple Cobbler – Rum and Raisin is the perfect choice. Combining tender apples and a boozy twist, the delightful treat is sure to impress your guests and satisfy your sweet tooth.

For those looking for alternatives, consider using golden raisins instead of regular ones for a slightly different flavor profile. If you want to skip the dark rum, apple juice can provide a non-alcoholic option while still adding sweetness. When selecting apples, Granny Smith is great for a tart kick, but any firm variety can work. Always check for allergies, particularly with dairy in the buttermilk and cream.
