Belgian Waffle Cookies are a delightful twist on traditional waffles, blending the irresistible flavors of butter, sugar, and vanilla into a cookie that’s crisp on the outside and soft inside. Perfect for any occasion, the little treats will surely bring joy to your taste buds.

When it comes to the butter, feel free to substitute margarine if you prefer a dairy-free option. Eggs can also be replaced with an equivalent of egg substitute for those with allergies. Always choose high-quality ingredients for the best flavor, especially for the vanilla, as it truly enhances the cookie’s richness.
