Blueberry Citrus Bars are the perfect dessert for anyone craving a sweet and tangy treat. With a buttery crust and a luscious filling packed with blueberries and lemon juice, the bars offer a delightful contrast in flavors that will brighten up any day.

For those looking to switch things up, you can opt for a gluten-free flour blend to make the crust. If you’re out of blueberries, feel free to substitute with raspberries or chopped strawberries for a different fruity experience. Just remember, if allergies are a concern, check the labels on any substitutes you choose, especially for baking powder, as some brands may have hidden allergens.
