Brownie Mix Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 21 ounces brownie mix, Duncan Hines, pick your favorite
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine 21 ounces of brownie mix, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 6 tablespoons of canola oil, 2 beaten eggs, and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir until everything is well blended.
- If you prefer your cookies without nuts, just skip the 3/4 cup of chopped nuts and proceed with the mix.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie mix onto a cookie sheet that’s been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 9 to 10 minutes, but keep an eye on them; the cookies should lose their gloss and feel soft to the touch when they’re done. Remember, do not over bake the cookies.
- Let the cookies cool for 1 minute on the sheet, then carefully remove them to a wire rack to finish cooling completely.
- Store your cookies in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
