Cherry Mash Cheesecake is a delightful combination of creamy cheesecake, chocolate, and cherries that will make your taste buds dance. The rich dessert is perfect for any occasion and is sure to impress your friends and family with its luscious layers and sweet flavors.

When it comes to ingredients, feel free to swap the chocolate wafers for graham crackers if that’s what you have on hand, but know that the taste will alter a bit. If you’re looking for a gluten-free option, there are gluten-free chocolate wafers available in stores. For those with nut allergies, just leave out the peanuts—there’s plenty of flavor to enjoy without them. Quality matters too; choosing fresh maraschino cherries can make a difference in flavor, so snag a jar that looks appealing.
