Cinnamon Roll Cookie Bars blend the gooey goodness of cinnamon rolls with the simplicity of cookie bars, making them an irresistible treat for any occasion. With a cream cheese frosting and a hint of cinnamon, the bars are perfect for coffee lovers and sweet tooth enthusiasts alike.

When whipping up the Cinnamon Roll Cookie Bars, feel free to swap in a gluten-free cake mix if needed, ensuring your dessert remains friendly for gluten-sensitive friends. If you’re out of vanilla pudding or prefer a different flavor, a butterscotch or chocolate pudding mix could add a fun twist. Always remember to check if anyone has dairy allergies when using cream cheese and butter, and try to use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter. High-quality vanilla extract can truly enhance the flavor, so reach for the good stuff if you have it.
