When it comes to substitutions, feel free to swap the Greek yogurt with extra almond milk for a dairy-free option. If you’re looking for a nut-free recipe, simply leave out the almonds and walnuts. Sourcing quality ingredients can really enhance the flavor, especially with spices—freshly ground cinnamon can make a noticeable difference. The overripe bananas are perfect for adding natural sweetness and moisture, while the carrots contribute a subtle earthiness.
