The Duncan Hines Carrot Cake Cheesecake is a delightful dessert that combines rich cream cheese and moist carrot cake. It’s perfect for those who want a sweet treat with a twist. The recipe adds a tropical flair with pineapple and coconut, making it a crowd-pleaser at any gathering.

When making the Duncan Hines Carrot Cake Cheesecake, consider using a quality vegetable oil for moisture and richness. Feel free to substitute the walnuts with pecans for a different flavor, or omit nuts altogether for a nut-free version. If you’re sensitive to gluten, ensure the cake mix is gluten-free. Also, keep an eye on the size of the springform pan to avoid overflow, as cake baking can be a bit unpredictable at times.

Instructions
- Soak 1 cup of hot tap water with the carrots and raisins for about 5 minutes before draining and squeezing out excess moisture.
