Potato Bread Rolls recipe

When making gluten-free rolls, it’s crucial to ensure that the potato flour is fresh, as older flour can affect the texture and flavor. If potato flour isn’t available, you might experiment with other gluten-free flours, though the final texture might differ. Be mindful of any allergies, especially to eggs, as they’re a key ingredient. Always check for certified gluten-free labels if you’re particularly sensitive or celiac.
