Gumdrop Oatmeal Cookies recipe

When making Gumdrop Oatmeal Cookies, consider using light brown sugar for a milder flavor or substituting coconut oil for shortening if you’re looking for a different fat. Always check for allergies, especially with gumdrops, as they can contain gelatin or other allergens. If you want to switch up the chewy factor, feel free to replace gumdrops with chocolate chips or dried fruits for a fresh spin.
