Heath Bar Cookies are a delightful treat that merge the crunch of saltines with a rich toffee-like topping. The cookies are not just easy to make, they also pack a punch of flavor that will have everyone begging for more. Let’s get into how to create the sweet masterpiece.

For those with nut allergies, substituting the pecans with sunflower seeds or leaving them out altogether can work wonders. As for the chocolate chips, feel free to mix and match between peanut butter and white chocolate based on your taste preference—it’s all about what tickles your fancy. Just keep an eye on the quality of the saltine crackers, as fresher ones yield a better crunch.
