Honey Whole Wheat Bread recipe

When making Honey Whole Wheat Bread, consider using local honey for a unique flavor profile that enhances the bread. If you’re avoiding gluten, gluten-free flour blends can sometimes be a substitute, though the texture may vary. Milk can be replaced with a non-dairy alternative if lactose is an issue, but be mindful of how it affects the liquid amounts. Always check your yeast’s expiration date for best results; freshness is key to a fluffy loaf.
