Serving Size1 (286 g)

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 gallon) container chocolate ice cream
  • 1 (1 gallon) container blue bunny Bunny Tracks ice cream
  • 1 Oreo cookie pie crust
  • wax paper

Instructions

  1. Scoop 2/3 of the chocolate ice cream into the Oreo pie crust, making sure it fills the crust well.
  2. Place a piece of wax paper over the pie to cover it completely and use your hands to pat down the ice cream until it’s flat and evenly spread.
  3. Scoop half to 2/3 of the Bunny Tracks ice cream on top of the chocolate layer, creating a delicious second layer.
  4. Again, cover the pie with a sheet of wax paper and gently pat down the Bunny Tracks ice cream until smooth and even.
  5. Keep the pie covered with the wax paper and place it in the freezer until the ice cream hardens, which may take several hours.
  6. For the best results, prepare the pie at least 10-24 hours before you plan to serve it, just to ensure it’s fully set.
