Nilla Wafers Apple Crisp is a delightful dessert that combines the tartness of Granny Smith apples with the sweetness of brown sugar and a crunchy topping. The recipe brings together classic flavors in a warm, cozy dish perfect for any occasion.

When it comes to ingredient substitutions, you can easily swap Granny Smith apples for another tart variety if you prefer. If you have dietary restrictions, consider using dairy-free margarine and topping with a non-dairy whipped cream. For a healthier twist, you might use whole oats instead of quick-cooking ones and opt for a sugar substitute in place of brown sugar.
