For those watching their sugar intake, using fat-free yogurt with artificial sweetener is a great choice. If fresh peaches aren’t available, frozen or canned peaches can step in without losing much charm. When it comes to the berries, feel free to mix and match based on what’s in season or what you have on hand, as they all add a burst of flavor. Just remember, if you’re using frozen fruit, let them thaw and drain first to keep the dessert from becoming too watery.
