Peach Cheesecake Bars combine the creamy goodness of cheesecake with the sweet, juicy flavors of fresh peaches. Perfect for summer gatherings or a cozy dessert night, the bars are easy to make and even easier to enjoy. Let’s get baking and indulge in the delightful treats.

When it comes to ingredients, the graham cracker crumbs can be swapped for crushed cookies or even a gluten-free alternative if necessary. For those avoiding dairy, a vegan cream cheese may be used, but results can vary. If peaches aren’t in season, feel free to use canned peaches, just make sure to drain them well to avoid excess moisture in the bars.
