Peanut Butter Gingerbread Cookies are the perfect blend of sweet and spicy, making them an ideal treat for any occasion. With rich peanut butter and festive spices, the cookies bring a delightful twist to your holiday baking. Get ready to fill your home with the warm aroma of freshly baked cookies and joy.

For those with allergies, consider using dairy-free butter as a substitute. If you can’t find peanut butter chips, chocolate chips could work in a pinch, although they will change the flavor profile quite a bit. Always check that your ingredients are gluten-free if needed, especially for the flour and baking soda.
