Puff Pastry Cookies are a delightful treat that take minimal effort but deliver maximum flavor. With just three simple ingredients, you can whip up the lovely cookies that are perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a cozy afternoon snack or a festive gathering.

When it comes to puff pastry, fresh is always preferable, but frozen works wonders too. For the jam, feel free to use whatever flavor tickles your fancy; raspberry, apricot, or even classic strawberry would be delightful. If coconut isn’t your thing, try a sprinkle of crushed nuts for some crunch. Always check for allergies, especially with coconut, as some folks might have issues with it.
