Rum Pudding is a delightful dessert that brings together the rich flavors of rum and creamy textures, making it a perfect treat for any occasion. With its smooth consistency and a hint of sweetness, the pudding is sure to impress your guests and leave them wanting more.

When considering ingredients, it’s important to choose high-quality rum to enhance the flavor of the pudding. For those avoiding alcohol, a non-alcoholic rum extract could work in a pinch, though the flavor profile will differ. Also, ensure the gelatin is properly soaked and softened in cold water before use for the best texture. If you’re looking to make substitutions, using alternative sweeteners could be an option, but remember that it may alter the final taste and consistency.
