Sugar Free Fudge With Stevia is a delightful treat that doesn’t compromise on flavor. The fudge recipe allows you to enjoy a sweet indulgence without the sugar, making it a perfect choice for those watching their sugar intake.

When preparing Sugar Free Fudge With Stevia, consider using high-quality stevia powder for better flavor. Substituting unsweetened chocolate with cocoa powder may alter the texture slightly but still works well. If you have nut allergies, feel free to skip the nuts or replace them with seeds for a crunchy finish. Always check labels for any allergens in evaporated milk or stevia products you choose.

- 1 1/4 teaspoons stevia powder
- 8 ounces evaporated milk
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, grated
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Put aluminum or plastic foil around an 8×8 pan with high rim. Butter the foil and set the pan aside.
- Combine 1 cup water and 1 1/4 teaspoons stevia powder in a large saucepan. Put over medium heat, stirring until the stevia dissolves.
