When crafting the White Fudge, using high-quality ingredients can make a noticeable difference. If you’re in a pinch, you can substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version, but the creamy richness might take a slight hit. Additionally, those with dairy allergies might want to explore alternatives like coconut cream, though it will change the flavor. Always ensure freshness when selecting your vanilla extract, as the flavor can impact your fudge significantly.
