When preparing the energy bars, feel free to swap out the dried fruit for your favorites, and you could use a different nut or seed if desired. If you’re avoiding gluten, a gluten-free flour blend could work well. Sourcing quality ingredients, especially the dried fruit and nuts, ensures the bars are both nutritious and delicious. Just remember to check for any allergy concerns, especially for those with nut sensitivities.
